RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BUSINESS BUILDING IN "SIVCEV VRAŽEK“

Projected and reconstructed in 1998-1999.

The building in the „Sivcev Važek“ street in the Araba region , known as a monument of the culture „Dom Gercena“, was ruined. In 1998 the new owner and the city administration made the agreement and the building was totally destroyed apart from the room so called sarcophagus, interesting by its architectonic form. Before the building was destroyed, the surface 3.500 m2 had been precisely measured, drawn and described and all the ornaments had been put off and conserved and after that it was rebuilt by the original plans and the historic form were completely saved. The ornaments were restored as well as the sarcophagus. The interiors were projected and executed in the modern style apart from sarcophagus. The job was done "key turn" system and all necessary engineering systems were installed.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE AFFAIR BUILDING IN THE ROCHDELJSKAJA STREET

Reconstructed during 2003-2004

By complete reconstruction with the help of dimension increasing, with growing of the number of flats on P+5 and with the garage in the cellar, existing building became the building of the area of 3.600 m2.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE „RITZ“ HOTEL IN THE STREET „HLEBNI PEREULOK“

Reconstructed during 1993-1994

As agreed with the austrian investor, it was made the reconstruction of the part of the commercial complex called „Venski Dom“ in the centre of Moscow, on the corner of the Petrovka street and Strasna boulevard. The reconstruction was made on the area of the 1.100 m2.

RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING „VENSKI DOM“

The reconstruction of the existing buildings is the most common construction work because the conservation of original facades it is possible to conserve the historical view of the town. Here are presented the reconstruction and the restoration of the building in the region Arbata in Moscow, it is a cultural monument known as "Dom Gercena“, of the building „Venski Dom“ in the Petrovka street, reconstruction of the business buildings in Uljanvska and Rocdeljska street of the "Ritz" hotel in Moscow. Apart from all this, the reconstruction of the podium of the complex CVK „Ekspocentar“ and the reconstruction of the part of the space under podium as well as the reconstruction of two exhibition halls of the "pavilion No 2" and the "Pavilion No 3" have been done.

Halls of the „pavilion no. 2“ are reconstructed 2004-2005, „pavilion no. 3 – 2007.

Two exhibit halls of the „pavilion no.2“ on the lower etage of the total area of 4.200 m2 are reconstructed.The great parts of the floor plate are worked out and it has made the new floor and new suspended cealings. There are also worked out the walls and it has replaced bigger part of the engineer system. At the halls at the hall etrance are made the entering spaces like connection with the steps of the „pavilion no. 2“ on the one side and „pavilion no. 8“. During that period, they existed only in plans, on the other side.

During the year 2007 there were made a reconstruction of the hall of the exhibit area in „ pavilion no. 3“, which total area is 5.000 m2. By rebuilding of the gallery of the area of 500 m2 and two stairways at its ends, the exhibit area will be considerable enlarge, without loosing the technical element. On the enlarged part will be insert all necessary engineering installations.

The podium on which and beneath which you can find the projects of the exhibition complex CVK „Ekspocentar“ is placed on the area of about 40.000 m2 and during the 25 years of its work, at some places is really damaged. It is done one sanation project, under which are reconstructed bringing pales, wooden pannels and plates, mostly damaged by longtime run of the atmosphere water. On the area of the 3.000 m2 it has done also reconstruction of the area beneath podium which was inlcluded the changing of the floor construction, new floor carpet, finishing of the walls and mounting of the new engineering systems.
